01 / BUSINESS CONTEXT

Privacy decisions happen in ordinary work.

Collecting information, handling a request or considering a new use for a record can raise questions that a policy summary alone does not resolve for a learner. A course-design brief should identify the situations the audience needs to understand and the approved procedures that apply.

02 / OBSERVED LEARNING DESIGN

Situations linked to learning objectives.

The historical sample combines a photographic introduction, a visual learning-objectives screen, a workplace conversation and a multiple-choice knowledge check. Its accompanying description sets out an approach based on cases and comparisons with everyday working situations.

03 / LANGUAGE SCOPE

Review meaning in every version.

The supplied material lists Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English. This establishes the stated course-language scope; it does not independently verify completed deployment, learner participation or the acceptance of every language version.

What the source supports.

  • Privacy-awareness learning organised around cases and workplace situations
  • Photographic and graphic explanations of course objectives
  • A dialogue-based scenario and a multiple-choice activity
  • A stated three-language course scope

The sample does not establish compliance outcomes, reduced incidents or a particular LMS delivery standard. It is historical design evidence and is not presented as current legal guidance.

What has been created for this showcase.

The image, short video and interactive activity on this page are new illustrative assets. The fictional scenario asks the learner to check a proposed use of information before proceeding. Its wording, response options and feedback are not taken from the original course.

The downloadable SCORM 1.2 demonstration package is newly built for this showcase. It does not establish that the historical project used SCORM, nor does it certify compatibility with a customer LMS.

ADDITIONAL TO THE IMAGE / COURSE IN MOTION

A 10-second learning walkthrough.

Introduction → fictional situation → decision → feedback → reflection. This animation, with a US English synthetic introduction, simulates a course journey; it is not a recording of the original client course.

Illustrative courseware simulation. Fictional content; not legal advice, a client course or evidence of training results.

Read the video description

The introduction says: “Welcome to Cyberwisdom. Explore privacy through an everyday workplace decision.” The course opens with a green privacy-awareness title screen. A fictional colleague requests an event-participant list for an unrelated promotion. The animation selects the option to check the approved purpose and ask the designated owner, then shows an explanation and a practice-complete screen. The standalone preview creates no LMS record.

In a compatible LMS, the demonstration attempts to initialise SCORM 1.2, save the screen location and send the activity score and status after the correct response is confirmed. In standalone preview mode, it does not create an LMS record. Import and tracking must be tested in the intended LMS.

Questions before commissioning.

Who approves the privacy content?

Assign an appropriate subject owner to approve current source material, scenarios, responses and escalation instructions. Course-design examples do not replace that review.

What should be checked during delivery?

Agree accessibility, device support, language review and assessment behaviour. Where SCORM delivery is required, test launch, status, score, navigation and exit behaviour in the target LMS.
