Training Management System (TMS) for employee training
Enrolling people is the easy part. The hard part is holding the whole operation together: competency records that survive a role change, certification that expires on schedule, partner populations with their own access rules, and a defensible answer to who was trained on what. That is what training management means here, and wizBank is the system that carries it.
The people who own this decision
Every business in this line is bought by someone different, and the evaluation criteria are different for each of them.
HR operations and shared-service leaders
Talent acquisition and onboarding teams
Learning operations and programme managers
Channel and partner enablement managers
What actually goes wrong today
These are the recurring failures we are brought in to fix. They are stated as business problems, because that is how they surface in your organisation — not as feature gaps.
Competency records live in a spreadsheet and drift out of date within a quarter after every org change.
Partner and vendor training runs on a separate tool with separate credentials, so nobody can see the full external workforce picture.
Certification renewals are chased by email, and lapse without anyone noticing until it becomes a finding.
Nobody can answer a simple question — how many of our people are actually current on the thing they are supposed to be current on.
What Cyberwisdom Group actually provides
Capability without delivery is a brochure. These are the components we deploy, configure and run — and the boundaries of each.
-
Competency and certification records with role-based validity periods and automatic renewal scheduling.
-
Separate, access-controlled portals for employees, external partners and customer populations, each with its own catalogue and reporting.
-
Tiered partner certification — a distributor completing the same track as a franchisee, but on different terms.
-
Onboarding programmes that assign learning by role, region or cohort from day one.
-
Consolidated reporting across every population, including the external workforce.
Industries we run this in
Before you talk to us
The questions procurement, HR and compliance teams usually raise first. If yours is not here, ask it directly on WhatsApp.
An LMS is the delivery mechanism. Training management is the operating discipline around it: who needs what, on what schedule, with what evidence, and how you know it is still valid. wizBank carries both, which is why the two do not fragment across tools.
In a separate, access-controlled portal with its own catalogue, its own branding and its own reporting. This is a real operational requirement in distribution-heavy businesses, and bolting partner users onto an employee instance is how access-control problems start.
Their competency record carries with them. Validity periods that were set against the old role are re-evaluated against the new one, and renewal scheduling follows. Without a system doing this, records go stale silently.
Both are normal. Some organisations run the platform and the programme internally once the operating model is set. Others want the managed service team to run administration and CPD processing — that is a separate engagement and we scope it separately.
Bring us the requirement, not the brief.
We would rather start from what you actually have to prove, evidence or deliver than from a feature checklist. A conversation costs nothing and usually saves a procurement cycle.
- What you are trying to evidence, and to whom
- Which populations are in scope, and where they sit
- What you run today, and what it does not give you
- Your timeline, and any deadline you are working to
Internal employee training management
Coordinate employee onboarding, mandatory learning, product updates and development programmes across departments. Identify the training audience and owners, then bring enrolment, sessions, attendance and completion records into a repeatable process.
For Hong Kong teams with regional responsibilities, define which records are shared across markets and which requirements stay local. Plan classroom, virtual and online learning together so managers can see the complete training programme.
External training management and learning records
Bring courses taken with external providers into the employee development record. Agree the application details, supporting documents and completion evidence needed for each type of training.
Distinguish external courses attended by employees from training delivered to partners or customers. Each audience needs its own access, reporting and support arrangements. Discuss these as separate use cases during scoping.
Training approval and reimbursement workflows
Define how employees request training, who approves it and what happens when the request changes. Start with your approval policy, spending responsibilities and evidence requirements.
If training claims or reimbursement are in scope, specify receipts, cost categories, approval stages and the handover to finance. These are requirements for configuration or integration review, rather than a promise of an included payroll or payment service.
